I have lived here for a year now and have already renewed my lease for another year. When we first moved in, there was a problem with teenagers standing outside listening to loud music and just staring as you walked in your apartment. Clearly, management was not happy with this and these tenants were asked to leave. Any time I have ever had a problem with loud music when these tenants lived here, the courtesy officer was quick to the scene. Since they have moved though, there have been no incidents of music or of kids just hanging out with nothing better to do. The management is extremely helpful in any situation that has come up with us and the apartments are super nice.
