Initially when I first moved into Wellspring, I was greeted not only by a respectful and courteous management staff, but wonderful neighbors who didn't hesitate to say hello. The bliss wore off eventually as management and maintenance changed to an apathetic, non-responsive staff.
Noise complaints began to be ignored, new residents reflected the mindset of the new management by showing no respect for the property (i.e. trash, bottles and broken furniture on the grounds). Apparently the standards were lowered when the office staff changed. Neighbors were allowed to party until 5am on weeknights, dogs were tied to porch areas, parking became a nightmare when guests of tenants were allowed to park wherever they wanted (including non-parking spots).

When I decided to move, I voiced the reasons for leaving (after 3 years of residence), and was told to do "whatever makes you happy!"

From the road Wellspring seems very appealing, but with lazy management and maintenance looks can be VERY deceiving!!
