Although the office staff is very friendly there seems to be no interest in repairing appliances or bathrooms, our toilet was broken for 3 weeks until all they found wrong was the apt above us had the water shut off and for some reason it is plumbed into apt above us so who knows who pays for whos water' also the other bathroom does not flush or shut off unless we lift the handle. The kitchen appliances are very old(dating back to the early 80s)refrigerator door handles falling off(maintenance has come and told us they dont have any hardware and doesnt have time to go to Lowes for a .10 cent screw, ice maker will not shut off so if we forget to lift bar manually we get ice all over the floor in the morning, and door is sprung so cold air is wasted unless we kick it shut, dishwasher is full of rust and unuseable, and oven was cleaned prior to our movein with a very caustic cleaner and makes us sick when we use it. Maintenance has been here many times and told us the management company will NOT allow them to spend any money just bandaid things and go on to something else as they only have 2 mechanics(sometimes) for more than 200 units. We will be looking elsewhere when the lease expires.
