when i first moved in (10/2001), it was a nice atmosphere. a month later, management changed and so was the people that moved in. since 11/2001 i have had nothing but problems with noise and maintanence. more than enough complaints were made and nothing was done. i eventually addressed the issue with the corporate office and was brushed off. wellspring cares nothing for the residents and their only concern is collecting the rent. an ongoing maintanence problem iinformed them of still has not been taken care of. the upstairs apartment apparently has a water issue, so when they use the shower/bath, the water is soaked up in my walls. eventually the whole thing will cave in. the appliances are way out of date and i can expect something to break every other week.
