I unfortunately just signed a lease with these people. Thank God it is only for 6 months. I will NOT be renewing. I have only lived here for 3 weeks, and I have had more problems than I can count. I have had a leaky toilet, a broken showerhead, broken faucet, clogged shower drain, broken refrigerator, and the final straw is a broken washing machine. None of this is "their fault" when these things break. When my fridge broke, I had water sitting on the floor underneath the fridge for 2 days...could lead to mildew and mold problems. Do they care' Hell no. Same thing with my washer. It leaked on Saturday, maintenance came to look at it, and said he couldn't touch it because Appliance Wharehouse owned and operated them. That's fine, but he could have moved the machine so the water underneath could be mopped up. Instead, it has been sitting there for 6 days now, and not only was maintenance not able to repair my washing machine, but the dumb asses at Appliance Wharehouse have not shown up for the last 3 scheduled service calls! Do you think all of this inconvenience will be reconciled with an adjustment to my rent' NO. But the complex will benefit, because they will be getting a credit to their account with Appliance Wharehouse. How f***ed up is that''' DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
