Surrounded by woods, a peaceful pond (populated by friendly ducks) and miles of walking/bike trails, Wellspring is a haven of quiet on busy Harbison Blvd. Excellent location near interstate, shops, restaurants, movies, etc (walking distance). Near rec. center with tennis courts/gym, nice pool, friendly helpful staff. Very safe. Only problem: no recycling and potential for barking dogs. Definitely recommended.
