Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I moved to Columbia nearly a year ago. Time flies. I looked around at about 5 or so apartment communities in the good area of town where Wellspring is located before I choose to live here. I initally choose to live here due to the property cleanlinessand the roommate floorplan. Now, I continue to live here because management lives up to thier promises of good service. I just signed a new 6 month lease. I would recommend Wellspring to family and friends- I do a lot!
