Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived in Wellspring apartments for 1 year. In the course of that year, there were incredibly high water bills, broken water heaters, many problems finding parking spots, loud stereo systems waking you up at 4:00 in the morning, and an incredibly mean and abrasive manager. While Wellspring was fine when there were no complaints, the second I made a complaint about something, it wasn't their problem. I just want for potential renters to know what they're dealing with.
