This place is gross. There are so many nasty parts of my apartment, from the 1970's appliances, to the nasty sinks and tubs. Super nasty. Like from a movie about a slum. The model apartment is beautiful, but careful, its a bait and switch. The maintenance can't keep up, and while they have a nice smile, the office personel are saccarine (fake sweetness). Really, find a place that is cleaner for the money.You can do SOOOOOO much better for what they charge here. I'm moving as soon as my lease is up.
Oh, and as far as thin walls, I can hear my neighbors going to pee from my bedroom. (NO LIE!) I hear every word of their conversations.
