Do not listen to the positive reviews -- they are insiders. This is the worst apartment I ever stayed. Be prepare to be insulted and blackmailed. The staff
(except Ashley who is a nice person) is like jerks. Not only do they not
repair in time, they will charge you when you leave. We suffered every day when we stayed there.
The apartments there are in the worst conditions. Mold everywhere. They do not even recycle papers cans etc. Everything goes to the dumpster. Really hate that. There are enough dumpters (3) in the complex, but some people are too lazy to throw the trash. The trash overflows one dumpster and the smell is really horrible. The water charge is RIDICULOUS. We just use water normal, but we receive $100 dollar water bills every month.
SC is the worst state to stay in America. And wellspring is like a living hell. They should change the name to hell spring. When we left SC, we feel that we were out of jail. So nice to be free. Never want to come back to SC again. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
