I've have looked at every apartment in the area, and I love Wellspring, I've lived here 2 1/2 years, and LOVE the Pool, hot tub, and pond they have here. Plus, the FREE membership to Harbison Rec center. They have a suana up there. :) It is a gr8 place to live. Apartments aren't going to be perfect! It isn't a house. They do pretty good keeping up with over 200 units! The maintance guys are gr8 too, they keep you informed about whats going on. Well, These are my experiences with Wellspring! And i love it overall.

you must work in the office. that thing yall call a hot tub feels like a bath tub

okay, its obvious that you work here and don't live here. Stop the false advertisements, there are better apartments with better gyms, this apartment is not worth the headaches.
