I have lived in Wellspring for 7 months, and I have not thought it as bad as some people have said. We had some problems when we moved in because they apparently reserved the wrong apartment for us so when we got to our apartment it had not been painted, was missing appliances, and had some other general problems. That being said, these things were fixed relatively quickly and things became much more okay afterwards. There were two people I primarily dealt with in the office at this point: Brandy and Carrie. Carrie was always very nice, but Brandy was pretty bitchy to be quite honest.
Around December, someone sent out a letter to all tenants saying they had had mold problems that were ignored and blamed the management for ignoring their claims. We never had a problem, but the owners of the building must have taken them seriously because everyone except Carrie was gone from the office and replaced a few weeks later.
Anyway, office drama aside, Wellspring is not a perfect community, but from my perspective it has been peaceful and full of nice people. Any maintenance issues I have had have been normally resolved in a speedy manner without much hassle. My biggset complaint is that about a month after we signed our lease they dropped their prices by about $100 a month!

I'm still living here, I can't wait for my lease is up. I'm having terrible plumbing issues, everywhere. The shower keeps backing up, its soo nasty, and no matter how many times I call, its still the same, even when I change the shower head settings. It still smells funny even after you clean it and scrub the apartment down. Brandy was pretty bitchy, is she still there? I feel like my building has poor insulation, it feels like the weather outside no matter if I turn on the heater or AC. This is my second apartment here due to maintenance issues and both experiences were still all around bad.
