So, so, especially with rent going up. I've lived here for 3 years, and it's an okay place. They've done a lot of upgrades to the clubhouse and have socials, so they're raising the rent by almost $150 a month. Quite a lot since I never use these

1. frequently eletricity and water cut off. Sometimes it lasts 2 days.
2. Elevator is always down

Loved it I lived here from 2010-2011. I was a great place I lived on the first floor, the only problem was the bar can be annoying at night . I had no problem with anything. I was able to park under the building and didn't have any problems with people breaking in.

The Internet isn't as fast as it should be, that I can hardly watch the movie on-line.
The bathroom is old, so should be updated immediately.
