	The name has been changed from Crossing Apartments to Coastal Villas. The apartments were supposed to be redone and then sold to the parents of CCU students as Condo's but it did not happen. No parent in their right mind ... more

	The manager told me they will be converting over to condos within the year and all leases will terminate by a specific date. I did not rent there.

	Nice location for students or families. A lot nicer than they used to be, friendly and reliable staff. Lots of very nice people.
