Definitely not a place for a serious student. - I moved to the Edge in August when I transferred to Coastal. I had only briefly seen the complex and hadn't been in any of the apartments. THE WORST!!!! The management of these apts are the worst!!! They will not address issues or return calls and when you call them they always "Just went into a meeting" They treat their renters rudely and have extremely poor commuication skills. Plus there is huge safty issues with people

parking Sure their is no assigned parking. But when neighbors and their friends
all park in front of one building so people who live in that building
can't park, than their is a problem, especially when half of that neighbors
