I have lived here for 4 months and so far it is great. My apartment was brand new and has alot of extra features such as a built in microwave and garden tub. The property is well kept and the pool and fitness center have been a great convenience, especially since the fitness center is open 24 hours. I leased here because it is close to both Greenville and Spartanburg. I work in Spartanburg but like to visit downtown Greenville quite a bit and this property is about 15 minutes from both places(and the traffic is not bad at all, unlike Pelham road.) Overall, I would recommend this place highly.
