Experienced a lot of issues. Outdoor areas are not the greatest if you like being outside. No benches and only a few grills. They took out all the nice grills at the pool side. Also when you are in the apartment you can hear your neighbor using the bathroom. Speaking of bathrooms, our neighbor smokes in the bathroom with the fan on which fills our apartment up with that smell. I really don't know why anyone needs to sit in the bathroom and smoke for long periods of time. We also had our bicycle stolen, some group of kids took off with it. You make your own mind up, if you like staying inside with no fresh air and listening to what your neighbors are doing then this is the place for you.
