I have lived at the Haven for 2 years. I love it here. The office staff are incredibly friendly and while many people have changed jobs in the office, we now have the best office staff. They take your needs into consideration and will take care of any problem any time of the day. I have never had a problem with rodents or bugs. There are always tons of events to get to know your neighbors. Although we have been waiting for a gate to be put in, that we have been waiting for 2 years now..
