What a great place to stay

I lived at Berry Shoals for 2 years, and it was the greatest experience. I would recommend Berry Shoals to anyone I know. The maintenance team is just Awesome.

We have lived here for almost 1 1/2 years, and with a new addition to our family we decided to renew our lease and upgrade to a 3 bedroom. The 'new' apartment has a lot of issues- from the ants to the massive water damage that has yet to be fixed. Not to mention there is virtually no parking, if you get in after 9pm you will have to park the next building or two down and God help you if you have groceries or kids to bring in.
