Watch out for contract penalties! The apartment is okay, but watch out for the contract. If you leave early, they hit you with a HUGE fine. I'm being charged $2,850 when I vacate. When I called their office for clarification, they did not return my calls.

Animal House I live there for 1 year and the trash at the dumpster was stacked high almost all the time 4 to 5 feet high (not kidding) dog poop in the hallways and noise all around from College age residents, both weekdays and weekends. Around the pool, saw a few police issued ankle

Worst Place to live What a huge mistake we made by moving here. Office management is very poor. Because of a certain ciche of women who sit at the pool and drink. I ended up banned from pool. not to mention huge stains on carpet when we moved in. bugs every where and we have been here only a month

never stay here I just recently moved to culpepper and with in the first 6 months my air conditioner has been broken 3 times. This last time it has taking them over a week to fix. with the temp. reaching over 90 degrees I can't stay at my apartment that I"m paying for. They keep on telling
