My fiancee and i moved into the waterford apartments in May of 2006. The landlady was extremely nice and worked with us in every way she possibly could. The apartments were very nice and well keept except for the wall-paper! The master bedroom was fairly large as was the 2nd. We got late on one payment and got evicted right away though. I even offered to Drive to the main property in Florence but he wouldn't let me. Then in order to stop the eviction we had to pay 600 dollars when i could have spent the extra 75 on gas a food and had 50 left over for the trip to florence. We left needless to say but my overall rating is fair. p.s. if you plan on getting a parking spot in your apartment section you need to be parked by 7pm or else there is NO parking available!
