I recently toured the grounds and talked to the leasing agent. The apartments look much better from the street. Drive into the back and it really is starting to show it's age. Bentree is in the position that many older apartments are in. Given their age, they can not charge top rents, which means they can't afford to keep them up to date, and brings in undesireable tenants (noisy, run down cars, kids toys in yard etc), and the cycle continues. Great location, although getting in & out is a hassle at times. Despite their current deal ($545/mo for 12 months lease on 2BR) I'm going to look elsewhere. Management has let this place go to he##. They need to fully renovate all buildings and totally relandscape, build a back or side entrance, and then raise the rents substantially. It could work here given it's location.

Seriously? It's nice for you to take the time to write this review, but try to stick to apartments where you have actually resided. A quick drive through the parking lot is not sufficient for an intelligent review, and your complaints are unfounded.

Dude....really????? you don't even live here. Why talk crap about the place if you never moved in???? I live here now and have no problems. I really like it. Glad you won't be my neighbor!

You don't need to live there....riding around the grounds is enough. And dude, I'm glad I'm not your neighbor as well. Trying to get in & out of there wouldn't be worth it even if the rent was free.
