This person was obviously mad about something because his rating is a lie. The parking is plentiful, and extremely well lit. Maintenance is round the clock and any problem is almost always taken care of the same day. Just to name a couple areas that were misrepresented.

No one that has really lived there would EVER call it a rat trap! It has to be the most well kept place in Florence. Each apartment is in like-new condition before new tenants are moved in. The whole place is quiet and well kept...grounds, pool, workout room, parking lots.

I have lived there for 2 years. It is far from a rat trap. But the rules are a little funny, but you get used to them. The rent has increased twice since I lived there, and they are not flexible with month to month, it???s very high. The workout room has a bench and one set of dumbbells (it has 3 now but I had to purchase 2 and put them in there myself) And a very nice treadmill. Playground and pool are great! You can hear when the people above you walk around, it???s not like the builders tried to block the noise. And the place does allow pets, but not everyone picks up after them so watch out. The sprinkler system will spray you in the morning on the way to your car when you???re in your nice work cloths!! Watch out!!! One thing that made me mad is they will change the workout room code (to get in the door) on Friday afternoon, this mean you can???t ask them the code till Monday morning. This has pissed me off more than once. The 2 ???managers??? were very nice when I moved in but now its like they never smile and give dirty looks. I guess when you deal with a whole complex, you show it on your face??? Rent is high but its one of the only NICE apt. in the area! Rat trap it is not
