We are paying $50 extra to live on the bottom floor and we are getting RIPPED OFF! My husband has gone up stairs several times to speak with the neighbor about how hard he is walking and nothing changes. A memo was sent around to residents reminding them of apartment living, nothing changes. I write a three page letter to the office manager I don't hear anything back. I call the office manager I don't hear back. Heard by another lady in the office say she spoke with neighbor and guess what nothing changes. Guess who is up every Sunday morning at 745 bc the upstairs neighbor tells us "it is a part of apartment life"
The only thing that will work is if the office staff actually comes and listens to how loud my neighbor is but since they are LONG GONE before I get home in the afternoons that seems impossible!
The stairs and hallways are all made of wood which of course absorb NO sound. You can hear each and every person walking down the hall/stairs. It's not fair that I have to turn on the TV to take a nap so my apartment will be quiet! Looks great compared to all other complexes in town but please folks save your time and rent a home so you don't have to put up with crap like this!

OH YEAH and not to mention that I went to pick up a package in the office bc I had a note from UPS on my door. When I went to pick up the package I was told I had two and one had been int the office for "a long time" So when I got back to my apartment and opened the 2nd box it was my wedding present to my husband and had been in the office since the first week in October (2 months) The package was delivered by the post office and they don't leave notes so I didn't get to give my husband his wedding present the day of our wedding bc I had to reorder when it "never arrived" when the whole time it was sitting in the office and nobody ever cared to let notify me after two months!
