Ok, Patriot's is a big crappy sorry apartment complex. I have had the priviledge of sharing my upstairs with coke dealers. FUN FUN FUN. Yep, people always breaking into cars. Wild ass college students throwing parties. Paper thin walls. No lighting outside so don't break a leg falling down the stairs. Office managers not in the office during office hours. Um, let's see, carpet is 20 years old, paint job like 30 years old on the outside. So, in a nutshell, THIS PLACE SUCKS. But, it's the only damn place near Francis Marion. So, I put up with the bull crap and sleep with a shotgun under my pillow for loud people and potential break ins. Thank you for your time.
