I lived with two other roomates and it wasn't too terribly bad. There were a few times a year that you would get nervous b/c of random noises. Cops were called multiple times. Too many to count! Prices are quite high for the location and also the condition of the apartments. It takes quite a bit to keep them up inside. The management is horrible. They aren't helpful at all. If you have a maintence problem over the weekend you are up the creek. They wont come to your aid even if it is an emergency.

Have you seen the new ads for Patriot Place, with "Erica Bond"? SOOOO RIDICULOUS. They are trying so hard to get people to move in there to Patriot Place. Guess why? THE APARTMENTS ARE DISGUSTING!! Don't move there, people. Plus, the idiot that used to work at Sedgefield Apartments is now working at Patriot Place. He was ASKED TO QUIT at sedgefield because his ability to be an Assistant Property Manager there was PISSPOOR. Don't move to either place, or you will be sorry!
