I have lived here over two months. I want out immediately. Very, very unsafe neighborhood!!!!!! Apartment was badly misrepresented to me from moment one. Very poor condition of apartment. Carpet that the Board of Health would be concerned with. MOLD EVERYWHERE!!! Two different colored blinds covering the same sliding glass door. Peeling wallpaper, nail holes everywhere, broken windows. Floor in kitchen coming up. List of needed repairs was endless. On move-in day I found an extremely FILTHY apartment. When I brought that to management's attention, her "solution" was to give me a bottle of Windex and paper towels. Filthy and germ-infested laundry room. I see obvious drug dealing from my window. The entire State of SC comes to swim in the pool at the same time (with no lifeguard or security system in place). Gangs hang out at all hours of the early AM making noise. I am starting to have things stolen from my patio. My parents are mortified at the very unsafe neighborhood I am in. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

My experience was similar. I'm now on a mission to let everyone know NOT to move to Sedgefield Apartments. Even though they cleaned house and got rid of the terrible management that they had before, their new management is just as bad. Don't move here, anyone!!
