Apartment shows sign at street that has to be clean and neat because of city code. Apartments say they are newly renovated they are not. Pizza Hut nor Papa John's will deliver to apartments. Mold, on walls, apartments not clean and that is the one they tried to rent to me.....

I have to say that, I can't attest for the rest of the complex, but if you live in the front like I used to (yes, I wrote a crappy review of Sedgefield, too) then you CAN get pizza delivered from both Pizza Hut and Papa Johns. If they would have shown you my apartment, it would have been nice. But that's because I forced them into making necessary repairs and it was actually a pretty nice apartment. The management is what sucks the most.
