Im will be honest with you!..I moved in with a friend for two months over the summer and didnt really have to serious of problems. Yeh its not the nicest place in the world but you pay for what you get. I lived above the guy who did maintence and anytime I needed anything fixed he didnt have a problem. He was a real nice guy and I even have a couple drinks with him and his buddies. I never saw any people really hangn out to late outside or making to much noise. Only thing is that the carpet needed to be changed. Also the walls are kinda think and I could hear something or people moving through out the other apartment. Really all the place needed was to change the carpet some paint on the walls and a very good cleaning. If your a very clean person you could make it work. I would live there again.
