Hate to leave I have lived at Charles pointe for 4 great years. I am being transferred and I hope to find some place as nice. It has been great to have the same office staff over the years. Even my dog loves to go to the office and visit (they have great treats). The office staff and maintenance

DO NOT RENT HERE Apartment shows sign at street that has to be clean and neat because of city code. Apartments say they are newly renovated they are not. Pizza Hut nor Papa John's will deliver to apartments. Mold, on walls, apartments not clean and that is the one they tried to rent
