Very BAD BUSINESS ETHICS

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
I lived there for a short period of time, and then the apartment starting making me sick. I told the manager and they checked the apartment and could not find anything. They then told me I could either stay in that apartment or move out because there were not any open apartments. When I moved out I was charged a fee for breaking my lease when that is that I thought they had told me, only without the fee. So I believe that they hold very bad work ethics!!!
