Well, if you are looking for something close to the Naval base, this is it. What a find it is! Children love to dart out at your car or play in the street and don't move. The dumpster always has trash in front of it because people are too lazy to lift up the lid. The apartment is a dark little box with ratty screens complete with a small, round hole in the bedroom window. The maintenance is a joke. We had a leak under the sink. Well, it looks like it has leaked many times before since underneath all the sinks (we live in a 3 bd, 2 bath) are warped and you have to carefully arrange everything. My veterinarian's assistant and myself had trouble with the maintenance man. She was in her bedroom sleeping when he just burst in and started messing with the broken closet door that she had requested to be fixed. Yeah, imagine her surprise! As for me, I thought i heard a single knock on the door as i was getting out of the shower. I headed down the hall to listen and the guy burst in! I yelled like a banshee.
We are not happy here at all and are thankfully getting transfered out! Hooray!!
