Apartments are not clean prior to a new tenant moving in...repairs are NOT made...unprofessional and noncaring staff that eats more than work. Grounds are not kept, and one can easily find 400 plus cigarette butts, beer bottles, and trash covering the ground on any given day. Dumpsters are always overflowing, noisy neighbors who continue to be loud because no consequence is enforced by management...loud music at any given hour. Overall I would not recommend this apartment community to my worse enemy; definitely NOT worth 645 per month (2 bedroom).
