Seems the biggest complaint is with the staff. Sadly , that's the easiest to correct. Requires no infrastructure change, no paving a new lot and no new maintanance staff. The big issues are, a) this is the best property (location, safety, grounds) in Goose Creek and the staff knows your options are limited - not for long though. b) most at this level of property managment are told to bring in residents. Up the numbers and you get a raise. Once a resident is in... deal with it. What's a residnt to do' Call and write the owners , Merritt or Merryland(') with the names of the staff. This is very effective. It also helps to let the staff know, in a friendly manner, that you are in commuication with corporate. Unfortunately true customer service requires such.

Wow, this person obviously has issues. They do not even know the correct property management company to contact. I have always found the staff to be friendly. Maybe this person is one of those people who want to break the rules and have been told "no".

It sounds like to me that either Sheryle, Marie, or Amanda are looking these over and typing in positive remarks to contradict anyones statement. I think they are complete hypocrites. Nobody will get anything resolved going to them and it shows by how often people don't renew there leases.
