The exterior: dog poop, cigarette butts, broken glass, dirty pool, overflowing dumpster and trash cans, candy wrappers and beer cans. Parking is an absolute nightmare and on many evenings will walk a block with your groceries. Park on the curb and you will be greeted with a note from the staff explaning there is ample parking or a ticket. The staff are friendly until you are a done deal and then seem to work as a team to make you uncomfortable and are very unhelpful. The carpets and paint are the cheapest and there is no cabinet space. It's like an optical illusion. normal sized plates and tall glasses go in sideways. My neighbors daughter was locked out when her mom went to work. she waited 45 minutes in the hot son for someone to arrive at the office. When she asked to please borrow her key, the woman in the office said " we open in 20 minutes" and shut and locked the door. plan to pay $100. if you pay rent after the fifth and $200 if its more than 1 week. I don't have kids, however, the kids here do seem happy and have a large court yard to play ball. Maintenance is wonderful and helpful. Appliances break often and are the cheapest around. Think twice before moving her.I'm never a complainer however I would shout this from mountain tops if I had the energy but I just got home and had to walk a city block with my husband to get there.

Wow, what's up with this person.... Ihave lived here for a year and I have never had a problem. For one thing I would not know how they operate on late rent. I have never been late!!! I think the property as well as the staff is wonderful. They do more for us then any other apartment complex I have ever live in!!!

Wow...isn't it obvious when someone from the office posts a comment. The management there is horrible and very unfriendly. I can't believe these people work in property management!

yes, it's obvious when office staff comments. they should at least indicate they are office staff. or better yet, have the manager at least respond to these comments/suggestions. maybe ratings would improve.
