My husband and I have lived at Coventry Gren for one year now. Sure there is some trash left in dog waste containers and trash on the steps of the apartment, fairly often, but these are problems with rude neighbors, not the apartments themselves. These issues normally get cleaned the next business day. Unfortunately, you see these issues often because there are a lot of rude neighbors, but I have never lived in an apartment complex where that is not the case. We have had a few maintanence issues and all have been resolved nicely (not quickley, but nicely).
The staff is very nice and have went out of their way on occasion to make life a little easier.
We never hear our neighbors. We only hear noises when someone is leaving and slams their door or when prople are outside our windows.
Sure there are steep late fees and other fees for not picking up your dog waste or leaving your trash by your door, but just pay your rent on time and obide by the rules and you're fine. You would be upset if your neighbors did these things, so how can you complain about being asked not to'
The paint in the apartments are the main thing that is bad. They scuff at every little thing, but it's nothing a rag and a little water won't fix. Also, the walls arevery fragile by the windows, so you have to be very careful hanging any curtains.
These apartments are the best option in Goose Creek. Sure you can find nicer ones in Mt. Pleasant or somewhere else, but you will pay more to live there. I have just signed a new lease and am very happy. Owning would be better, but until we buy, I will be happy living at Coventry Green.

HAHAHAHA. I love it when apartment Complex workers make posts. You can always tell because they reply to the "not recommended posts" Id bet $100 saying its an office worker living there.
