I have lived here for 3 years and plan to stay for at least one more year. The office staff and maintenance crew are extremely helpful and friendly. Pets are not limited to certain apartments. We have pets and live near the pool area. Many people have pets. The people who live here are very friendly and courteous. There is no dog mess left around. Owners clean up after their dogs and dogs are kept on leash. The apartments are well-maintained and help is just a phone call away. Maintenance has always responded quickly for even minor things such as a new filter for the air conditioner. The grounds are very well groomed and maintained. The ponds are cleaned regularly. The pool is always in great condition as well as the pool chairs and tables. Rent is a bit high but you get what you pay for. The trash dumpsters tend to over flow due to tenants not using the compactor correctly. The maintenance crew is fairly quick to remedy the situation.
