on a scale of one to ten id say this place is about a 2 , the units are nice but factor in the fact that they built them without dividers between the units a negative. i hear every word my neighbors on top say and hear every step they take, also they use wood steps and decking wich is nice to the eye but horrible to the ear if you are on night shift...

the gym is very small, and the equipment is outdated to say the least. car care area is a vaccume and a water hose attached to a fairly nice storage shed.

also the bar/niteclub across the lot makes for a interesting evening of listing to beer bottles being broken as the help tosses the trash out. lots of burnin of the tires and cop sirens from there also.

the next thing is just when you get to know a staff member , they get smart and leave , just to be replaced by someone else.

so the ant beds are a interesting choice of landscaping ideas , and the exsterminator comes once a week and you have to ask to be put a list to have anything preventative done, around your apt only.

every time i see a insect in my apt i take a picture of it. i say insect cause ive seen many types of them. so ive been here for about 8 months and i 48 pictures taken. i work 12 hour shifts so im not here that much , yuck.

If not for credit issues , id get out of my lease now
