My husband, now 15 month old daughter and I lived here for seven months. We loved it.

Parking was never a problem for us, even when my husband didn't get home until 3-4 in the morning from work. The landscaping was always well kept- no dog poop, trimmed bushes, clean walkways, etc. We didn't have problem with ant hills by our apartment but I saw a few walking around. I never saw any trash or litter on the ground and I would take walks with my daughter every day. There was only one trash dumpster which would often overflow, but simply because residents didn't know how to work it. It would be a bit more convenient for residents on the other side of the complex (where I was located) if there was a dumpster over there for them. Maintenance and office staff was extremely nice and always put out notices when they were going to change our AC filters, pressure wash our decks, etc. There was no noise, minus the occassional (and I mean occassional) loud car music as they drove through the lot. I had neighbors on all sides of me, and we never heard any of them...not even with me being a stay at home mom. All the residents I encountered were extremely nice as well.

We had a 6 month lease and when we got held back on military orders, the staff had no problem working with us to make sure our apartment didn't get rented out. Our apartment was very clean in the inside. I loved our deck, vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans, as well as the fireplace that we only used once. However, there wasn't much storage other than the closets in the bedrooms and an outside storage closet on the deck. The laundry room was nice too. When we moved out of state and searched for another apartment, we found ourselves looking for something just like Coventry Green and didn't have much luck. We had a list of 27 apartments and narrowed it down to 2...the only two that resembled Coventry Green.

Overall, if we ever move back to the area and need an apartment, this is where we would go.
