The apartment staff sucks. They do not care about the people who live here. Crime has gone up with in the last couple of months. Maintenance is terrible, parking is scarce, management is rude, residents are rude and disrespectful, cheap paint, sewer problems, and cheap carpet. You can drive through and see the hookers working the street, the dealers in almost every coradoor making their deals. All in all if you like that type of atmoshpere, please move in. If not, stay away. Especially if you have children.

There is definatly not any hookers or drug deals, i go to college and work in the area. Pine harbour is not that bad, i come home from school around 10 or 11 am and i am here most of the day until i work aorund 5 or 6 i come home from work anywhere from 11 pm -2 am. I have no yet seen a hooker (well mostly because it is gated so how the heck would they get in?) and also no drug deals, we do not live in school affiliated housing so there is very rare crime, truthfully i havnt seen any crime here, parking is kinda rough but its an apartment and its scarce anywhere than living in your own home. Maintence is a little messy and slow, but are very friendly, the office has its ups and downs but most apartments do. Overall PH is not a bad place to live, and rent is managable.PH is probably one of the best apartments in the area, unless you want to pay a fortune for being a college student, and this isnt a place for just college students although older college students do live here.
