Pine Harbour was my first apartment ever. Considering I am a college student, the apartments were not too far away from campus or the interstate. The apartments themselves are not that bad for the price. I never had a problem with maintance or parking personally. Although, my problem was with just being a "female" in general. This is not a safe neighborhood. I cant even get out of my car wthout being harassed by guys from the opposite race. My boyfriend has to walk to and from my car consistently and when he is not there I have men make noises are try to speak to me, its digusting. It's pretty sad that I cant even take out of own trash or check the mail by myself. The first 3
months the neighbor above was not a problem. Recently, (since the walls are paper thin) I can here him stomp at all hours and hear conservations from above when in the bathroom. On the weekends you can hear bass for long periods of time that you cant exactly pinpoint where its coming from when walking outside. My boyfriend likes the place, so if you are a guy living with no females this place would be okay for you. Although, this place is bad on crime and people have had their cars broken into.
