Horrible!!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
I've lived here a little over two years and the rent is cheap as others stated however, the maintnace crew it less the adaquate. My roof to this day still leaks off and on no matter how many people they send to "fix" it. My air has broken at least 6 times during the same time frame.
