I lived at Pine Harbour from 2006 until March of this year, and I must say that the owner has definitely put a lot into the community lately. I can agree with some of the reviews on here about the crime and noise problems in the past, but since they put "the fort" (this huge, solid wood fence with a 24hr guard shack) around the community, I haven't seen any problems. There is always a sheriff's deputy there and they check everyone who doesn't live there. Since last year, the company has done a great job keeping the place clean and even my smallest maintenance issues, like when my kitchen faucet was dripping, have been taken care of almost immediately. An apartment is an apartment so sometimes there is going to be noise, but it's never anything extreme. The only reason I moved is that I got a job somewhere else. Overall I would definitely recommend Pine Harbour.

Anywhere that needs to put a guard shack at the front entrance should be a red flag.
