TOO MUCH NOISE

While living at Pine Lakes Apartments, my neighbors constantly left trash in front of their apartment door. They would have five cars with friends that were always over at their house. They took up five additional parking spaces making it very inconvenient for residents. They would play loud music after 10pm especially on weekends and frequently scream and yell at each other and they have a two year old child!!!!!!! I have a baby and I think this is very disrespectful to other residents. Other residents would work on their car stereos especially on the weekends.
