We've been renting one of the townhomes here since September of 2003, and it's not bad on the inside. They cleaned up the apartment before we moved in very nicely. The kitchen is a little bit old-fashioned and outdated. They have good pest control here. But I'm nos sure about the crime here. We had our door busted open this New Year's Eve when we were out. Nothing was taken, however, and I've never had my door busted open in my life. Just pray that nothing breaks because it won't get fixed any time soon. My stove didn't work and my dishwasher died, also my hot water heater went, and I had a horrible time getting someone to fix everything. I finally ended up contacting the main office to get any action. Also, there are too many noisy kids running around unsupervised. I almost ran one over in the parking lot just the other day. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, so don't plan to park in the same spot.
