This place was horrible. We were in the townhomes and hated every minute of it. Our next door neighbor had their car stolen right out front our apartments. Two doors down there was a break in and the burglars stole a bunch of electronics. Maintenance workers' Do they exist' Don't count on getting anything fixed anytime soon-or never at all. Between termite damaged doors, tub leaks, mold damage, and bugs it was our worst renting experience ever. When we first moved in, they hadn't even cleaned the carpets-the prior renters had a dog and we had dog hair and smell all over my kids. The pool was almost always closed.
