Pine Lakes is a wonderful place to live. I checked all of the communities pricing and Pine Lakes was the best. Larger apartments, exercise room, laundry room, tennis courts, basketball court, and playgrounds. I have had one incident and it was taken care of immeditaley by paging the complaince officer. The new manager is great and my requests for service are taken care of within a day or two. Pest control comes every three months and they do inspections to make sure everyone is taking care of housekeeping so we don't get bugs. Every week there are several ladies who clean the breezeways and the staff is very friendly. I plan to live here a long time to come!

I do not agree! They do inspections so they can make you pay for the maintainance work so they look better, make money, and dont have to do any maintainance after you leave before a new tenent. Its not to make sure you dont have bugs...thats what the exterminator comes for! Ive waited forever to get things fixed around here...to the point I just end up doing it myself because I get tired of reporting the same things 3 and 4 times. If they do come within a decent time frame, they make me lock up my pets and come in whenever...They give you a date but say between 8 and 5 so Im supposed to cater around that huge time gap! one time I was in the shower and they just came in! Its a complete invasion of privacy...I am not planning on staying any longer than I absolutely have to! As far as the "ammenities" you mentioned...the apartments are dated (no garbage disposal, crappy stoves and dishwashers, etc.) you have to pay $25 for a key to the exercise room with 3 pieces of equipment in it that are broken half the time, the basketball court is flooded with water 80% of time time, and I dont see any playgrounds around here...a couple of crappy swings in two spots whoopty doo! What a load of crap!
