This apartment has been a burden since the first week and I've been here for about 11 months and we're already looking for other apartments. In the first week I lived at Pine Lakes a female was raped and her vehicle was stolen only 2 buildings over. Pines Lakes response to this was to have 1 officer move in. 1 police officer for the 130 individual apartments. The street lights barely work, and are spaced so far apart. I noticed on the pine lakes webpage that it mentioned picnic areas and play grounds. The whole complex has 2 Swings, rusty. Half a basketball court thats flooded most of the time. 2 stone picnic tables usually crowded with suspicious adults using loud vulgar profanity. The garbage is a whole issue itself, Its nowhere near any of the residents a minute drive before you enter the apartment complex. In the 11 months I've been here the dumpster has been over filled 3 times, and PINE LAKES has threatened and followed through with putting a fine that The dumpster has a surveilance camera just so you know. If reading this, you still would like to reside at Pine Lakes know that upon signing the lease, know about the routine apartment inspections, which means PINE LAKES goes through your apartment (WITH OR WITHOUT UR PRESENCE) Even if your at work, they go through your house... Keep this in mind. Keep your valuables locked up.

If the low price is worth all that, then be my guest... but ask yourself why the price is so low... Is it because the quality of the apartments and staff is poor'

You are absolutely right...they are fake and its not a good place to live. They are only interested in bettering themselves and not having to do anything while or after you leave!
