Not a lot of complaints, but I also have nothing special to say about this place. The Staff kind of ignores your requests. Like when My husband and I moved in, we wanted new appliances and they put us in a place with completely OLD appliances and nothing could be done. Parking is horrid cause there is always someone parking in your spot. The pool only goes to 5 feet deep, perfect for kids, but bad for us adults so the hubby and I usually went to the Naval base to swim. Kids wake you up on weekends with their noise, and the Ice Cream truck comes 3-4 times a day with the annoying music. My hubby is being moved to VA so we are leaving but I can't honestly say I would have renewed my lease at 12 months, I prolly would have tried the Brentwood Townhomes close by. I'm also Picky, It just seemed like the cons outweighed the pros. The price was good, the place was overall nice (minus appliances) and if you have good neighbors (we didn't) then you should be fine. Nothing broke, so I didn't have to deal with maintenance. The cable guy set us up pretty nice, but I would have tried the other place if we would have stayed in Goose Creek.
