Was overbilled 7 times in 6 months!!!

Incompetence has reached a whole new level. I didn't think it was possible, but on 6 different occasions in 6 months I recieved statements from the office about being a month late on paying rent. I always paid on time, and the seventh was a pet fee that was already paid as well.

The management is horrible, Parking is bad in the M building. It floods and there are not enough spaces, I was also towed for parking on the grass when there was no other parking. The buildings themselves should be condemned, the walkway above me was about to fall on someone. I had a horrible leak from the above apartment which was fixed in a week instead of the two days quoted and the waterdamage was never fixed. The office staff is horrible, never there, rude, brash and incompetent.

We lived in these apartments in 1998-2000. We have the same complaints. There was NO parking, horrible staff, and the pool was always greasy feeling. Most months we had no water due to busted water lines from maintence driving over the grounds. Then in 2000 our air conditioner went out. It was leaking freon. We called almost every other day and either got no answer or was told someone forgot to put the order in. That was very funny considering there was only 3 people in the office. Our electric bill was almost 300 dollars for a couple months.? They would send their maintence out to recharge and it would be out a day or so later. Finally when they hired a real AC person it was fixed and the compressor was broken. When we finally left we were charged almost 400.00 for repairs and the 450 deposit was kept. This was for repairs and the walk thru we were told that it was fine and we were clear with them. This company is scum and wants luxury prices for a F complex.
